1. I am the worst boyfriend ever. But I have the best girlfriend EVAR, which balances it out... I guess?? I dunno, I'm pretty frickin' obnoxious, but she just might be up to the task of reining me in, whether she actively does so or not. Her arrival in my life, plus learnings I've acquired over these recent couple of months have made it so that I don't even look at other girls any more. AND I've permanently deleted all my porn; yes, even in the backup drives. Please attempt to contain your shock.
2. Life is still all up with a case of the funky-doodle-doos. Will remain on first shift for the duration of the week, and until further notice. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem to my other activities, which have always thrived on my flexibility, but it's just that, when working on days, I get off work at 4:00pmish, and ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) allisino gets off at 5:00pmish, and there's a whole lot of day left after that, sooooooo.....
I haven't drawn a comic since last week, and the one I did was only because I still have that weekly gig. Wait-- the next one's been due for a day. Okay, so I hope I still have that weekly gig. D:
Has it really only been less than two months? Dammit, I reeeeaaally need to learn to behave myself, and get some of this under control. Lord knows I have a semi-addictive personality type, and I always, always have to have too much of a good thing, and this HAS caused me loads of trouble before. I only hope and pray that I'm strong enough to keep trying to be a good and holy man through all this, and that grace will help me out every time in between... or ALL the time, period.
3. Somehow, some way, THE SHOW MUST GO ON. Although I haven't made a new page in months. DON'T WORRY THOUGH, we're still at page 65, and I have a buffer of like, 200 pages or something. Now if only I can resist the temptation of posting like, fifty at a time...
4. While I understand 4th Ed's rules trying to keep scrubs from using Backstab with a greataxe, I am fairly irritated that it is very hard to have a Halfling Rogue with a spear and NOT have him come down with a terminal plague of The Sucks. Fortunately, my original idea of multiclassing to Fighter looks like it will help him out immensely, and while it does not make The Sucks go away entirely, it will at least not be a fatal case anymore. For a while anyway. I'll still be forced to use daggers for a few levels if I want to live long enough to GET to the first multiclass feat. ›:(
Have I mentioned that I haven't found a group yet? Yes, as with my patented play style on any given MMORPG, I completely geek out all by myself. For character generation anyway. It could get awkward when I try to actually play with myself.
Wait.
I'm pretty pumped to use my Dragonborn Fighter. He was meant to be an easy character for a noob like me to play on his first campaign, but his background just kept growing and growing, and he just got so fleshed out, now I've come to like him a great deal. This is of course the signal for the DM I find someday to inevitably feed him to a pack of bugbears or something.
